With our International standard (ISO 9001:2008); through our motto, A&P assures all our customers of the high standard of quality service. Our process starting from personnel selection / recruitment process, fundamental / repeat training process, and through support from Head Office. A&P puts strong emphasize on customer contact; that is, formal meeting arrangement and site visit will bring about the quality of services expected by our customers. Our head operating unit’s staff or so called ‘Inspector’ will meet with your assigned staff at least once a month and more if needed in order to receive feedback and/or any suggestion to improve our services in a proper way.
